Considering Chaplaincy

A Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) chaplain is a highly trained professional who provides confidential care-giving in the workplace through relationships built with employees during brief care-giving sessions at company sites.

CCA chaplains are also available to employees in crisis situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone. Our chaplains provide support and crisis intervention to employees with marital and family problems, substance abuse issues, job stress, financial or legal problems and the general day-to-day issues of life. We make hospital visits for employee and family members as well as officiating at memorials, funerals and other formal occasions. Finally we can act as a referral source to other professionals and agencies when necessary.

Most importantly, the CCA chaplain’s mission is to build relationships with employees, with the hope of gaining permission to share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ, in a non-threatening manner.
