Meet Some of Our Chaplains

I have had the great honor of serving as one of CCA’s Chaplains for the past 10 years. Serving in the workplace as a Chaplain allows me to impact one of the greatest mission fields on earth. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have two wonderful boys. When I have spare time, I love being with my awesome family.
Originally from Cuba, I came to the US in 1968 and settled in the South Florida area, where I still reside. God allowed me to start ministering full time in 1986, first pastoring, then with CCA since 2002. My wife Susy and I have been married for 36 years and have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. I enjoy reading and playing tennis.
I serve in the Houston,Texas area. I've been a Chaplain with CCA for 6 years and married to Caroline for nearly 20 years. We have 6 girls and we are a big soccer family. What I love about being a Chaplain is the ability to care for people from their starting point. I enjoy helping them see a Christian worldview in order to see Christ and his love for them.
At CCA, our mission is to “build caring relationships with the hope of gaining permission to share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ in a non-threatening manner.” As global economies rise and fall, one need remains the same – the need of souls to find lasting hope.
