OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. At Corporate Chaplains of America, we value our visitors’ privacy and have made it our policy to provide online content that requires minimal collection of information.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Our web servers and app automatically recognize a visitor’s IP address and records the source IP address of all users.

AGGREGATE INFORMATION
Aggregate information about which pages visitors access or visit is only used for internal review as we continue to improve our app. This information is not sold to or shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not rent, sell, or share e-mail addresses with any other company or organization. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on CCA’s website, unless otherwise posted. On some pages, you may order products, register for conferences, make requests and register/subscribe to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information you provide about yourself when using an online form only to complete that contact. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete/resolve that contact (i.e., verifying credit authorization or sending a package through a postal/delivery system).

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing a request only to mail the materials and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. If you subscribe to an e-mail newsletter or request to be kept on a list for notification of events or information from CCA, such addresses are used for those purposes and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online or offline in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
